Now, I've got references for all the characters appearing at the bottom of the page. I haven't actually had the time to do full turnaround references, so mainly it's just pages of comics they appear in a lot.
If any of these are unclear, just let me know, I can easily draw up something clearer to make things easier.
As for what clothing they're wearing, all these guys except for Nettle, Bluff and Snatch change clothing every volume, so you can go with whatever.

I'm not too fussy about what goes on a Title Page and what the layout is, apart from it needing a bit of space for the text (see on a full page, here) - which I've got a template for so I'll edit in. I just need one big picture to tie the volume together
I was thinking a picture of Drake looking all fancy, in some nobleperson's outfit. It'll be a costume she'll be wearing on the last page of the chapter. It can either be a nobleman or noblewoman outfit, I'm not fussed. Also not fussed about the era, as long as she looks suitably fancy to be teaching an ettiquette class.
All I had in mind for this is Drake, looking fancy, standing in a fancy-looking room like an entrance parlour to a mansion or something noble. Whatever works, though.
Setting: staff meeting
For reference last time I drew something like that was here, but there's like a zillion rooms in the school so I'm not fussed about the layout
For another reference, here's the "wanted posters" they're talking about: Dharfi, Mana and Shauni and the unseen bard. Haven't drawn Drake's or Delta's before.
Any of the staff can be here, but you probably don't need all of them. Speaking from experience, it's a pain in the butt to get 'em all in there.
The ones who definitely need to be there are: Mana, Dharfi, Shauni, Drake, Taide and Neil.
Mana: ...and that covers everything for this staff meeting. Does anybody have anything else to discuss?
Taide: Uh, yeah, I want to go back to uh, Mia... or at least those wanted posters Neil brought in last week.
Mana: Hm, yes? Sure.
Taide: So there's only...
Neil: (cell should show wanted posters) Well apart from this one that got mixed in for uh, "The Unseen Bard", we have Miss Ryushin, Miss Valcross, Miss San and Miss Morningstar for "treason" and being "tricksters" - which is obviously erroneous. And Miss Piperion for...
Taide: ...Being a Trickster, theft, assaulting a guard, and murder?
Drake: (looking nervous) Uh..... obviously also erroneous, y'know...
Everybody just stares at Drake, except for Shauni who looks bored
Drake: Sh-Shauni back me up!
Shauni: Hmm? Ohhh yeah, that's... I wouldn't worry about that. It's not relevant.
Dharfi: Are you just saying that because Drake is on track for getting replaced?
Shauni: Please, I never take stuff into account when saying things.
Dharfi: ...What?
Drake: Um. Hey Taide, did you have any other questions about the posters or are you just grilling me for Gardenia's poor record-keeping?
Taide: Is that what you're going with?
Drake: Shut up!
Drake (grumpily thinking. probably split this over a few panels, or not? whatever works): Ugh... this job sucks, but if I'm wanted in Gardenia I really, really need to keep this job... And being wanted in Gardenia affects my ability to keep this job.... just fantastic... If only there was something I could do to make myself just a little more difficult to replace...
Neil: ...I guess what really exacerbated the problems with Princess Mia's visit was rudeness, plain and simple.
Taide: Heheh, hers or ours?
Neil: Ah, both, I suppose.
Dharfi: This is a school for training heroes, after all. We're teaching these children how to solve problems with violence. We generally have one-third of the cohort in detention at any time. I'm surprised the problem is not worse.
Drake: !! (suddenly getting an idea)
Drake: I've got the perfect solution for those little brats!
Dharfi: ...I'm almost afraid to ask.
Drake: So obvious, so simple, so refined - the answer is ettiquette class, I can teach those jerks to be polite!
Dharfi: ...you?
Mana: Uh... you're not exactly the picture of politeness, Piperion.
Drake: Wow. Now look who's rude! I just so happen to be highly trained in all arts of ettiquette. I was born to a very noble Arae family-
Dharfi: "Piperion" is not the name of any Arae noble family.
Drake: (cranky) I said I was born into 'em, not that I'm still one of 'em. Idiot. Look, just give me a chance!
Taide: ...I think I really want to see this.
Students are walking to class through one of the school corridors. I can't remember the last time I drew a corridor that I didn't hate, so go nuts and do whatever you want for that.
All of the students (as listed here) will be there, but yeah drawing crowds is a pain so feel free to only show a few at a time. Some of them are holding notes telling them to come to ettiquette class.
Delta: (examining her note) Ettiquette class once a week...? They sure come up with the weirdest things here...
Loki: That's dumb. Who's teaching it? I'll probably wag.
(they walk through the door, and enter a classroom that's been all gussied up to look like a fancy parlour. Drake, dressed in her finery, is there to greet them)
Drake: Good morning and welcome, my dears! (bows or curtsys, depending on if she's wearing clothes for a bloke or a lady)
Saturn: (startled, probably with Jinx in the background staring at her) Oh gods I'm dreaming, right? This is a dream?
Drake: Please, if you would kindly find your seats I have much to impart.
Claw: This ain't righ'...
Drake Piperion

Mana Ryushin

Always wears a long dress, a high collar, and gloves and her horn. She never has any exposed skin aside from her face. Usual colours: Yellows and pink.
Dharfi Valcross

Uusually naked. sometimes is tricked into wearing a very pretty dress. In-comic #2 above shows the wings and horns he currently has (they tiiiiiny), but the face-graffiti there was a prank so ignore it.
Loki Kiborn

A cameo of a good friend of mine. Since it's a wanted poster, it'll probably just look like this. That being said, that poster hasn't appeared in-comic so feel free to draw it however you want
